What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is all about connection and communication. You're the bridge between our customers and our technicians — and the heartbeat of the shop.

• Greet customers like old friends — whether it's in person, by phone, or through text
• Really listen to what their car is doing (or not doing), and take the time to understand their concerns
• Explain what’s needed in a way that makes sense — no confusing jargon, just helpful info
• Help customers feel confident saying yes to the service they need
• Follow up with a thank-you call, schedule their next visit, and keep relationships strong
• Order parts, manage workflow, coordinate with techs — basically keep everything running smoothly
• Be the reason someone trusts a repair shop again

Who You Are:

• A people person through and through
• Calm under pressure, clear in your communication
• Sales-minded and confident recommending services that truly help
• Tech-comfortable — learning new systems doesn’t scare you
• Organized, coachable, and always improving
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in automotive or service sales before
